Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Abstracts must be prepared according to the format provided. Submission will be returned to the author if not in the correct format and must be resubmitted to be considered for inclusion in the program.

​The abstract must be submitted by the Presenting Author ONLY.

  1. Abstract must be typed in the Microsoft Word template provided HERE.

  2. Abstract must be submitted through our online submission page:

  4. The closing date for abstract submission is 1 November 2022; 11:59 pm (GMT+8 hours).

  5. If you do not receive a confirmation email after the abstract submission, please send an email to

  6. Each presenting author is allowed to submit maximum TWO (2) abstracts only. 

  7. Accepted abstracts will be notified by email. The presenting authors must register for the seminar to ensure their abstract(s) are included in the final program – deadline for author registration is on 1 December 2022; 11:59 pm (GMT+8 hours). Authors who fail to register for the seminar before the deadline will not be allowed to present their abstract during the seminar.  

  8. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper (not compulsory) to Physics and Technology in Medicine journal after the seminar. (
